The celebration will take place at the Dare County Community Center, located at 950 Marshall C. Collins Drive, Manteo, NC
There will be a special speaker, The Rev. Calvin Whedbee from Edenton, NC (past minister of Haven Creek Baptist Ch., Manteo)
