As you know, the Beach Food Pantry in Kitty Hawk has been flooded, and not in a small way.

Items needed include the following: 

Pasta meals (including ravioli, Spaghetti-o's, etc.)

Pudding/Jell-o

Dried beans

Stuffing/stuffing mix

Hamburger Helper, 

Dry or canned milk (dry milk, packets preferred to large boxes)

Toiletries

Laundry detergent

Dish detergent

Shampoo

Hand soap (bars)

Toothpaste

Toothbrushes

Shopping/paper bags

Pet food

The mission of the Beach Food Pantry, a benevolent non profit organization, is to provide direct nutritional assistance to Dare County residents in a temporary crisis or emergency situation. 

You can take any items you wish to donate to your playgroup, and Mommy & Me will deliver them to the Beach Food Pantry. You can also drop off items at Care County Libraries, The Home Builders' Association on Airstrip Road in KDH, and at the Town of Nags Head’s Town Hall (2nd floor, 5314 S Croatan Hwy).  

Let's clear out our pantries or go on a quick shopping spree to help the Beach Food Pantry! Thanksgiving is coming, let's share our blessings with those in need.
